Brief Description of Duties:

- Supervising the production activities and ensuring that all activities are carried out as per laid-down procedures

- Monitor and analyse chemical processes

- Oversee workers responsible for chemical processes

- Manpower planning

- Develop safety protocols and policies

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations

- Train workers on safety protocols

- Production of products as per quality and quantity

- Maintain accurate records of chemical products and processes

- Assisting the Production Manager in all activities

Skill Sets Required:

- Chemical knowledge

- Safety awareness

- Good Team player skills

- Valuable communication skills

Educational Requirement: Graduate or Post Graduate in Chemistry or Related field.

Experience: 1 years to 3 Years of relevant industry experience preferred.
