Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Gharaunda.

The Production

Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations for bags and pouches, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning and monitoring production schedules, allocating resources, coordinating workflows, and supervising production staff on the shop floor. The role involves tracking output, addressing operational issues, optimizing processes, and maintaining equipment and workplace safety.

The Production

Supervisor also collaborates with quality control,



maintenance, and management teams to support continuous improvement and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Candidates should possess experience with Production Planning and Production Schedules to organize resources and meet delivery timelines.
- Candidates should possess solid Production Management capabilities, including workflow coordination and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with production teams, management, and cross-functional departments.
- Relevant experience in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial operations, preferably with bags/pouches or similar products.
- Understanding of quality standards, safety regulations, and lean or continuous improvement practices is beneficial.
- Ability to use basic production reporting tools and spreadsheets; familiarity with ERP or manufacturing systems is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a supervisory role.
