Job Summary

Hydrobenz Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee packing, deburring, and final production operations in the machine shop. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, supervising manpower, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring finished products are properly inspected, packed, and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Supervision

· Plan and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.

· Allocate manpower, machines, and materials for efficient production.

· Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of customer orders.

· Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.

· Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.

Packing & Deburring Operations

· Supervise deburring operations to remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from machined components.

· Ensure proper packing of finished products as per customer and company standards.

· Select appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transportation.

· Verify product labeling, quantities, and shipping details before dispatch.

Quality Control

· Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of finished components.

· Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

· Identify defects, initiate corrective actions, and coordinate rework when required.

· Ensure compliance with quality procedures and inspection standards.

Team Management

· Lead, motivate, and supervise production operators and packing/deburring staff.

· Assign daily work responsibilities and monitor employee performance.

· Train new employees and support continuous skill development.





· Maintain discipline and teamwork on the shop floor.

Inventory & Resource Management

· Coordinate with Stores for raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.

· Monitor inventory and optimize resource utilization.

· Control production costs by minimizing material wastage and improving productivity.

Safety & Maintenance

· Ensure compliance with safety policies, PPE usage, and company procedures.

· Maintain 5S standards and workplace cleanliness.

· Coordinate preventive maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.

Continuous Improvement

· Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.

· Improve productivity, quality, and process efficiency.

· Report production performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities to management.

Qualifications

· ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

· 4–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in an Auto Components Manufacturing company.

· Strong knowledge of machining processes, quality inspection, and production planning.

· Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and safety practices.

· Ability to read engineering drawings and production documents.

· Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
