Roles and Responsibilities :**
- Oversee daily production operations on the shop floor to ensure productive use of resources and meeting productivity targets.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute shift schedules to optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Monitor quality control processes to maintain high-quality products and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and feedback to enhance their performance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing or related field with expertise in production supervising.
- Strong understanding of ITI (Industrial Technical Institute) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in machine operating, manpower handling, and daily production planning.
