About the Role We are looking for a Textile Production Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in garment/textile manufacturing to manage and coordinate the production process for our women’s ethnic wear range, including Kurtis, Suits and other ethnic garments. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of garment production processes, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with karigars, job workers, fabric suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely production and consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities Plan and monitor the day-to-day production of garments from cutting to finishing and packing.

Coordinate with karigars, job workers and production vendors to ensure timely completion of orders.

Track the production status of every order and follow up regularly on pending quantities.

Prepare and maintain production schedules, order-wise quantities and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with the cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing and packing teams.

Ensure that production is carried out according to the required design, measurements, specifications and quality standards.

Conduct regular quality checks at different stages of production and identify defects.

Coordinate with karigars/job workers for rework and correction of defective pieces.

Maintain proper records of pieces sent to and received from each karigar/job worker.

Monitor production wastage,



shortages and discrepancies and take corrective action.

Ensure that materials, fabrics, trims and accessories required for production are available on time.

Coordinate with the sampling/design team to ensure that approved samples are accurately translated into bulk production.

Identify production bottlenecks and find practical solutions to improve efficiency and delivery timelines.

Maintain order-wise production and pending reports and provide regular updates to management.

Build and maintain good working relationships with reliable karigars and production vendors.

Assist management in capacity planning, production costing and vendor evaluation when required.

Requirements 3–4 years of experience in textile, garment or apparel production.

Experience in women’s ethnic wear, suits, kurtis or similar apparel will be strongly preferred.

Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes such as cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing and packing.

Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims and garment construction.

Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple production orders simultaneously.

Strong attention to quality, quantities and timelines.

Good communication and negotiation skills, particularly with karigars and job workers.

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining production records.

Should be proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
