- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Allocate manpower efficiently and manage shift-wise workforce.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety policies, and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine servicing, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor production performance and minimize downtime and wastage.
- Prepare and Maintain daily shift reports and communicate shift handovers effectively.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline on the production floor.
Job Location : Palladam (Tiruppur) Nature of Work: Three Shifts
Preferred Candidates:
Immediate joiners and candidates with Weaving & Knitting exposure will be given high preference.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Textiles or
- Any Bachelor's Degree with relevant production experience.
