Role Description The Production Responsible role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. This role oversees end-to-end production activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure timely delivery and consistent product quality.

The Production

Responsible coordinates with design, sourcing, and quality teams, manages vendor and factory relationships, and ensures that production runs align with brand standards and cost targets. Daily tasks include tracking inventory levels, optimizing workflows, resolving operational issues, and implementing process improvements. The individual in this role will also maintain production documentation,



support compliance with safety and quality regulations, and contribute to scaling Motherly’s product portfolio efficiently.

Qualifications

- Experience in production planning and control, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and capacity management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and vendor management within consumer products, apparel, accessories, or related sectors.
- Skills in quality assurance and inspection, with the ability to implement and monitor quality standards and corrective actions.
- Competence in data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Excel or other production management software to track KPIs and costs.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple production lines, deadlines, and priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, process efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an on-site production or operations role, preferably in a fast-growing consumer brand environment.
