About the Company

We are a fast-growing startup with strong Product-Market Fit, now scaling into new markets. We help Drone Manufacturers & Service providers with the challenges of scaling Drone operations. We are looking for a battle-tested Quality Control Manager to own our entire reliability of the manufacturing line and drive scalable production processes.

Role Overview

As Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality, monitoring production processes, debugging failed/rejected products, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to reduce defects and improve production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Debug defective or rejected products at various stages of production.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
- Establish quality checkpoints and process controls.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, R&D;, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Maintain inspection reports,



quality records, SOPs, and audit documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection and rework.
- Support customer complaints handling and supplier quality improvement.

What we are Looking For: Must-Have:

- 4+ years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of QC tools such as CAPA, RCA, SPC, FMEA, 5 Why, and Pareto Analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and manufacturing processes.
- Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

- Experience in the Drone/EV/any large-scale manufacturing industry.
- Track record scaling the manufacturing from MRL 6 to MRL9
- Leader-like mindset scrappy, high ownership, and comfortable in ambiguity
