Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing production plans for main units, hubs, etc., including project scheduling, order release, and resource matching.
2. Responsible for maintaining planning parameters, tracking technical documents and design changes, and achieving closed-loop management.
3. Responsible for coordinating procurement, production, sales, and other functions to ensure the supply of materials required for production.
4. Responsible for formulating inventory control strategies, preparing inventory control plans, decomposing inventory control targets to responsible departments, conducting regular tracking and assessment, and coordinating the disposal and revitalization of slow-moving inventory.
5. Responsible for the optimization and promotion of ERP/GSP/MOM and other information platforms.
6. Responsible for organizing commercial, manufacturing, process engineering, and other departments to regularly evaluate production capacity,



and driving capacity adjustments in alignment with the company's business strategy.
7. Familiar with the planning process systems and inventory management plans; responsible for planning and reforming production planning business processes, and promoting the online implementation of planning operations and assessment indicators.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
2. Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in planning and manufacturing management.
3. Knowledge and professional skills: Familiar with planning or inventory management strategies; proficient in operations such as production planning/scheduling and inventory management.

4.Valuable communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
