Role Description The Production Planning Control Senior Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end production planning and control function to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely manufacturing operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves developing and maintaining production schedules, balancing capacity and demand, and optimizing resource utilization across multiple product lines.

The role includes coordinating with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to align material availability, production runs, and delivery timelines.

The Senior

Manager will monitor key performance indicators,



analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Daily responsibilities also include resolving bottlenecks, managing changeovers, supporting current product introductions, and maintaining accurate planning data in relevant systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Production Planning and Production Schedules skills, including experience creating and managing multi-line
- Candidates should possess robust Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast demand, analyze capacity, and optimize production workflows.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present planning insights to leadership.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care manufacturing, with exposure to natural product manufacturing environments, is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software, along with solid Excel skills, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in production operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of quality, safety, and compliance standards within manufacturing settings.
