Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Production Operator to support the day-to-day operations of our chemical manufacturing processes. You will be part of a skilled operations team responsible for running production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

What will you be doing

- Operate production equipment : Safely run reactors, mixers, pumps, and other machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor process parameters : Track temperature, pressure, flow rates, and other key indicators to ensure stable and efficient production.
- Perform in-process checks : Take samples, conduct basic quality tests, and report any deviations or abnormalities.
- Handle raw materials and products : Load and unload materials, transfer batches, and package finished goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and order : Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
- Follow safety protocols : Use personal protective equipment (PPE), follow chemical handling procedures, and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance : Assist with minor equipment adjustments and report issues to maintenance teams.
- Document activities : Accurately complete production logs, batch records, and shift handovers.

- Physical Fitness : Capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions.
