Role Description The Production Manager (Wool Combing Industries Only) will oversee the entire wool combing production process in an on-site role based in Bhilwara. This full time position is responsible for planning daily production schedules, monitoring operations, and ensuring output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

The role includes supervising production teams, coordinating with maintenance and quality control staff, managing raw material usage, and resolving operational issues promptly.

The Production

Manager will track production metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. The position also requires close collaboration with senior management to align production targets with business goals and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong production and operations management skills in wool combing or textile industries, including planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in quality control and process improvement,



with the ability to maintain product standards and implement corrective actions.
- Team leadership and people management skills, including supervising staff, managing shifts, and supporting a safe, inclusive work environment.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices, equipment handling, and compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
- Ability to analyze production data, prepare reports, and use basic computer tools or ERP systems for monitoring and documentation.
- Relevant technical or engineering qualification in textiles, wool processing, or a related field; substantial industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with management, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Prior experience as a Production Manager or similar role in wool combing or related textile manufacturing is highly preferred.
