Roles & Responsibilities The Production Manager – Valve Production is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing operations of industrial valves, including planning, production, quality, safety, and delivery. The role ensures that products are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the required quality standards while meeting production targets and customer delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

- Oversee the entire valve manufacturing process – from raw material receipt to final assembly and testing

- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer needs and requirements

- Manage production lines for various valve types (e.g., gate, globe, ball, check, control, safety valves)

Operational Excellence:

- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives

- Monitor and improve KPIs:



production output, on-time delivery, quality yields, and equipment efficiency

- Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, machines, and materials

Quality & Compliance:

- Ensure manufacturing compliance with ASME, API, ISO, PESO, and customer-specific standards

- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities and defects.

- Work closely with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve product and process issues

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors, engineers, and technicians

- Conduct performance reviews, skill development, and succession planning

- Foster a safety-first, results-driven, and cooperative team culture
