Job Title: Production Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive to oversee daily production activities in our plastic bucket manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, achieving production targets, and coordinating with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
- Monitor injection moulding machine operations and production efficiency.
- Ensure product quality meets company standards.
- Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies.
- Train and guide production operators and helpers.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Plastics Engineering,



Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant experience in plastic injection moulding manufacturing are preferred.

Experience
- 0–2 years: Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are welcome.
- 2–5 years: Experience in plastic manufacturing or injection moulding will be an added advantage.

Skills Required
- Knowledge of injection moulding processes.
- Basic understanding of quality control and production planning.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
