Role Description We are looking for Production Manager for our Fasteners unit and it is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. This position oversees day-to-day production operations, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring output to meet quality, safety, and delivery standards.

The Production

Manager coordinates with procurement, quality control, logistics, and sales teams to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization.

Responsibilities include supervising production staff, implementing process improvements, maintaining equipment and facility readiness,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate production records, tracking performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning, scheduling, and workflow management skills.
- Experience in quality assurance, process optimization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Ability to lead and mentor production teams, with effective communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using production tracking tools, basic data analysis, and reporting.
- Background in manufacturing, agriculture processing, or export-oriented operations is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and make timely operational decisions.
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles is an advantage.
