Key Responsibilities :-
- Planning: Create daily, weekly, or monthly production schedules. Estimate resource needs, labor, and raw material amounts.
- Supervision: Lead and evaluate floor workers, assign shift tasks, and coordinate training.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, fix workflow blockages, and maintain quality control rules.
- Maintenance: Schedule routine machine care and manage equipment repairs.
- Budgeting: Monitor production costs, negotiate expenses, and write progress reports for senior leaders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
