We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our Injection Moulding production operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, productivity improvement, quality compliance, and continuous process optimization to achieve production targets efficiently.

Qualification

- CIPET / B.E. / Diploma

Experience

- 10–15 years of experience in Injection Moulding Production.

- Experience in PET Preform manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.

- Prepare and execute Production Planning &
- Control (PPC)

to achieve production targets.

- Manage production manpower, shift planning, and machine utilization.

- Ensure maximum machine productivity with minimum downtime.

- Drive OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement initiatives.

- Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement practices.

- Optimize injection moulding processes to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.

- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

- Reduce production waste, rejection, and rework through process improvements.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Tool Room, and Stores for smooth production operations.





- Ensure timely achievement of production schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards.

- Prepare daily production reports and monitor key production KPIs.

- Train and guide production supervisors and operators for continuous performance improvement.
