Production Manager APET (Dairy)

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for the Sidel APET Dairy production line. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and managing Sidel APET lines, ensuring production targets, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities-

- Manage end-to-end production operations of the Sidel APET Dairy line.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor OEE, productivity, and line efficiency.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Lead and develop production supervisors and shop-floor teams.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and EHS requirements.




- Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and wastage.
- Prepare production reports and implement corrective actions.

Requirements-

- 10+ years of experience in Food & Beverage or Dairy Manufacturing.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Sidel APET Dairy production lines.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, OEE, quality systems, and line optimization.
- Experience managing production teams in a manufacturing setting.
- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
