Role Description The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production operations at the Kim facility to ensure consistent product quality, efficiency, and adherence to food safety standards. This full-time on-site role includes planning and scheduling production, monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and packaging, and coordinating with procurement and logistics teams.

The Production

Manager leads and trains production staff, implements and enforces hygiene and safety protocols, and troubleshoots equipment and process issues as they arise. The role also involves tracking production metrics, optimizing workflows, supporting current product trials, and collaborating with quality assurance, maintenance, and management to meet operational and business goals.

Qualifications

- Experience in production management, preferably in food, FMCG, or dairy manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of production planning,



process optimization, and workflow management.
- Understanding of food safety standards, quality control practices, and hygiene regulations.
- Strong people management skills, including team supervision, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to analyze production data, manage inventory, and prepare operational reports.
- Comfort with using production-related software, spreadsheets, and basic ERP tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Production Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work full time on-site in Surat and adapt to shift-based production schedules, if required.
