Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

- Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet dispatch and order timelines.

- Oversee the full production process step-by-step raw material staging, filling/bottling, capping, labeling, quality checks, and final packing into mono and master cartons.

- Supervise production line staff and allocate manpower to meet daily targets.

- Conduct in-process and pre-dispatch quality checks to ensure product meets brand standards (fill level, cap seal, brush quality, labeling accuracy, batch consistency).

- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, machine/tooling issues, or quality deviations in real time.

- Maintain batch and production records for traceability.

Raw Material & Inventory Management

- Coordinate with procurement for timely inward receipt of raw materials empty bottles, caps, brushes, mono cartons, master cartons, and formulations.

- Conduct incoming quality checks on raw materials (e.g., brush quality, bottle/cap defects) and flag vendor issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

- Record and track inward and outward stock movement.

- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions for timely replenishment, avoiding both stock-outs and excess inventory.





- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure uninterrupted end-to-end operations.

- Coordinate with vendors on delivery schedules and quality issues (e.g., packaging, brush suppliers).

- Support dispatch planning and ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Prepare daily/weekly production output, wastage, and inventory reports for management.

- Suggest and implement process improvements, SOPs, and efficiency measures to reduce wastage and downtime.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

- 3 to 7 years of experience in production management, manufacturing operations, or factory floor supervision (Cosmetics/FMCG/ preferred).

- Working knowledge of production planning, batch processes, and basic quality control.

- Proficient in MS Excel;

experience with ERP or production/inventory software preferred.

- Solid leadership skills - comfortable managing floor staff and coordinating across departments.

- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and troubleshoot on the floor.
