WondrGrain is a premium food brand dedicated to bringing India's traditional rice varieties and millets into contemporary kitchens through nutritious, minimally processed, gluten-free foods. We manufacture products such as instant idiyappam, breakfast mixes, and gluten-free pasta using ethically sourced heritage grains.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to oversee our daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent product quality, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, improve production efficiency, and lead a small production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily production schedules.
- Supervise production staff and allocate work efficiently.
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to recipes and SOPs.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor production yields and minimize wastage.
- Manage raw material and packaging inventory.
- Coordinate production with sales and dispatch requirements.




- Maintain production records, batch documentation, and quality checks.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve processes.
- Train and motivate production staff.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in food manufacturing.
- Experience in ready-to-eat, ready-to-cook, bakery, snacks, dairy, grain processing, or similar industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
