Role Description The Production Manager and Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations for medical equipment and related products. The role includes planning and scheduling production, assigning tasks, and supervising production staff to ensure output meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

This position manages inventory of raw materials and finished goods, coordinates with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams, and monitors equipment performance and maintenance needs.

The Production

Manager and Supervisor is expected to implement process improvements, maintain accurate production records, track key performance indicators,



and ensure adherence to ISO and CE guidelines. The role also involves training team members, enforcing workplace safety procedures, and supporting audits and inspections.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in production management or supervision within manufacturing, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare-related products.
