Role Description The Production Handler is a full-time, on-site role based in Laskein, responsible for supporting day-to-day production operations for food products. This role includes handling raw materials, assisting in batch preparation, monitoring production lines, and ensuring adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.

The Production

Handler will help with basic equipment setup and cleaning, track inventory levels,



and coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to ensure consistency and compliance. The role also involves accurate record-keeping of production activities and proactively reporting issues or deviations to maintain smooth and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, production instructions, and safety guidelines with strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of food handling, hygiene practices, and quality standards within a production environment.
- Capability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, sorting, and organizing materials, and operating basic production equipment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability in coordinating with supervisors and colleagues on the production floor.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, FMCG production, or related operations is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to structured processes, and work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
- Minimum educational qualification at the secondary or higher secondary level; vocational training in food processing or manufacturing is a plus.
