Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Production Engineers/Manufacturing Engineers with robust exposure to Machine Shop and Assembly operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC machining processes, production planning, shop floor management, process improvement, and lean manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Machine Shop and Assembly operations.

- Monitor daily production and ensure achievement of production targets.

- Experience in VMC, HMC, Turning Centers, Assembly & Testing operations.

- Handle machining processes such as Broaching, General Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding, and Surface Grinding.

- Perform production planning and coordinate smooth production flow.

- Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure SOP adherence, shop floor discipline, and standard manufacturing practices.

- Support CNC programming and process setting activities.

- Troubleshoot production processes and equipment-related issues.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through TPM, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and KANBAN systems.
