Job Title: Production Coordinator

Job Summary:

ModiGold Pipes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to manage the complete Order-to-Delivery process. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and experience in production planning and execution within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete Order-to-Delivery process to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely production and dispatch.
- Follow up with internal departments to resolve delays and bottlenecks.
- Maintain production reports, order tracking, and delivery schedules using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and provide production updates to management.
- Ensure proper documentation and process compliance.

Requirements:

- Experience:



Minimum 2 years in Production Coordination, Production Planning, or Operations in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes and order management.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reports, Data Analysis).
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

- Experience in manufacturing or industrial product companies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to coordination and follow-ups.
