Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, manage, and monitor production budgets and cost reports

- Track daily production expenses and ensure accurate cost allocation

- Handle accounts payable and receivable related to production

- Process and review production payroll, including overtime and allowances

- Coordinate with production managers, line producers, and vendors on financial matters

- Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, contracts, and receipts

- Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and expense claims

- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax laws, and statutory requirements

- Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports and variance analysis

- Assist with audits and financial reviews when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,



Finance, or Commerce

- Proven experience as a Production Accountant or Cost Accountant

- Strong understanding of budgeting, payroll, and cost control

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or industry-specific tools)

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and energetic production schedules

- Strong communication and coordination skills
