We're looking for a Technical Lead who brings deep expertise in C/C++ development , strong design acumen, and the ability to lead teams in delivering robust, scalable, and business-critical solutions.

What You'll Do

- Lead a team of engineers and drive technical excellence across the development lifecycle
- Design, develop, and enhance complex enterprise applications using C/C++
- Own technical design decisions, architecture reviews, and solution discussions
- Champion engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges in large-scale systems

What We're Looking For

- Strong hands-on experience in C/C++ development




- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
- Experience in Software Design, Architecture, and Technical Reviews
- Good knowledge of Database technologies
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments
- Proven ability to lead and mentor small engineering teams
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
