Role Summary A field-facing product expert for our pulmonology diagnostic range — someone who is as comfortable in front of a spirometer as in front of a hospital's clinical team. You'll run product demos, train hospital staff and the sales team, track the competitive landscape, and help close deals — giving you deep, hands-on exposure to how a leading MedTech company supports its products in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Demonstrations & Product Support
- Conduct clinical demos of respiratory/pulmonary diagnostic products (spirometers, body plethysmograph, DLCO, CPET) in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres.
- Collect and document structured feedback on product performance, usability,
and clinical relevance from healthcare professionals.
- Support product installations and evaluations, troubleshooting basic application issues and escalating technical concerns to the service team where needed.
- Work closely with clinicians to understand evolving clinical requirements and relay actionable insights back to the product and marketing teams.
Training & Enablement
- Deliver periodic hands-on trainings to hospital personnel to build confidence and proficiency with the product range.
- Train and coach the sales team on product features, clinical applications, and positioning to strengthen field conversations.
- Develop and maintain training materials, demo scripts, and clinical reference content to support consistent messaging.
Competitive Intelligence & Sales Support
- Conduct ongoing competitor mapping and analysis, tracking product features, pricing, and market positioning.
- Share timely competitive insights and battlecards with the sales team to support deal strategy and closures.
- Participate in key customer meetings, clinical evaluations, and trials to directly support the sales process.
Tender & Institutional Business
- Assess and coordinate government tender requirements,
including technical specifications and compliance documentation.
- Support preparation of tender responses in coordination with the sales, regulatory, and technical teams.
Field Coverage & Reporting
- Travel extensively across the south zone to support demos, trainings, and customer visits as per business priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of demos, trainings, and customer interactions, and share periodic activity reports with management.
What We’re Looking For Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of prior experience handling or working with respiratory diagnostics (spirometers, body plethysmograph, DLCO, CPET) in clinical environments.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role covering the south zone.
Key Skills
- Solid clinical understanding.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and documentation skills.
Why This Role Matters You’ll be at the frontline of patient care — helping clinicians access and get the most out of diagnostic technology that shapes real treatment decisions, gaining:
- Direct, hands-on exposure to clinicians and hospital teams, and a front-row seat to how diagnostic products perform in real clinical settings.
- Ownership of the product story in the field — from demos and training to competitive positioning.
- The chance to work in a company with real purpose — where better diagnostics translate directly into better patient outcomes.
- A collaborative, growth-oriented culture where your initiative and ownership are genuinely valued.
