About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Setup Specialist to manage and maintain accurate product information across our ecommerce systems.

This role is responsible for creating and updating product data, managing Shopify listings, maintaining SKUs, uploading digital assets, and ensuring every product is accurate and ready for launch.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Create and maintain product listings in Shopify

✅ Manage SKUs, product variants, pricing, collections, and product details

✅ Upload product images, CAD files, certificates, and digital assets

✅ Maintain accurate product information and data quality

✅ Support new product launches and catalog updates

✅ Work with large datasets and improve product setup processes

Requirements





✔ 2+ years of experience in product setup, ecommerce catalog management, or product data management

✔ Jewelry industry experience is required

✔ Hands-on Shopify product setup experience

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

✔ Solid command of American English.

✔ Experience with SKU management, CSV files, and bulk product updates

✔ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

✔ Good analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy

✔Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
