Position Overview

We are hriing for a Product Designer to join our team!

The position requires a strong expertise on User Interface(UI) design for enterprise applications, utilising Design System, requirement comprehension and an understanding of User Experience(UX) to build great products. You will work closely with a team of Product Designers focused on delivering world-class user-centered experiences. While collaborating with key engineering and business partners, you will define and drive exceptional design deliverables across products and initiatives.

As a Product Designer, you will work closely with other product designers, product managers, development team and other stakeholders to deliver the best user interfaces and interactions within your remit. A Product designer’s work has a big impact on our future-oriented products.

Responsibilities

- Implement and continuously improve product design practices and deliverables for products
- Implement design guidelines to meet overall Design standards.
- Work in a highly cooperative fashion with other designers, product managers, product marketing, product owners, and other key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are aligned with product release scope
- Ensure the team sets a high-quality bar for their work while establishing the trade off with meeting delivery timescale.
- Contribute to our growing design system while remaining brand aligned and consistent, and ensuring we can deliver at pace.
- Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with key stakeholders in design, product management, marketing, engineering

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Figma and modern product design tools.
- Experience designing enterprise-level software applications, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product management teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience designing, delivering,



and iterating on complex digital products.
- Strong ability to balance creative and analytical thinking while making informed product and design trade-off decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems within a product development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Graphic Design, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
