Job Role: Product Owner | IT Business Analyst (FX Derivatives)

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, front office, technology, and operations teams to gather, analyze, and define business requirements.
- Drive requirement analysis, backlog grooming, user story creation, prioritization, and Agile delivery activities.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams for legacy system enhancements, transformation, and modernization initiatives.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint discussions, business reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of requirements.
- Support sprint planning, UAT, defect triage, release management, and overall project delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within the FX domain .
- Mandatory hands-on experience in FX Derivatives , including trade lifecycle, pricing, risk, settlements,



and regulatory processes.
- Expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, backlog management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working on legacy modernization and strategic transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence , and Agile tools.
- Ability to independently drive discussions with business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with global banking or financial services organizations.
- Knowledge of trade processing, risk management systems, and regulatory reporting.
- Exposure to SQL and data analysis is an advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
