What You’ll Do:

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
- Create, refine, and maintain explicit, actionable user stories for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Apply robust analytical skills to evaluate business needs and drive value-based decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth execution.




- Work closely with development teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and actively participate in Scrum or Kanban processes.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in product development and delivery processes.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile activities to ensure efficient workflow.

What We’re Looking For:

- Fluency in French (minimum B2 level) and English proficiency.
- 2+ year of experience in project management or coordination.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
- A detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
