Role & Responsibilities:

Product Positioning & Messaging:

- Learn our AI products and help develop clear, differentiated messaging.
- Translate complex AI and technical concepts into customer-focused value propositions.
- Simplify topics such as AI agents, LLMs, MCP, APIs, automation, RAG, and AI workflows into content that business and technical audiences can understand.
- Help maintain consistent messaging across website, social media, sales, and product collateral.

Go-to-Market (GTM):

- Assist in planning and executing go-to-market launches for new AI products and features.




- Support launch checklists, product announcements, release campaigns, webinars, and feature rollouts.
- Work with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to align messaging with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Content & Sales Enablement:

- Create pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, solution briefs, FAQs, and product documentation.
- Write blogs, LinkedIn posts, X (Twitter) threads, customer stories, case studies, newsletters, and website copy.
- Convert engineering updates and product releases into engaging marketing content.
- Help create demo videos, product walkthroughs, and educational content for customers.

Competitive & Market Research:

- Research competitors, emerging AI startups, and market trends.
- Track industry developments across Agentic AI, AI infrastructure, developer tools, and enterprise SaaS.
- Build simple competitive intelligence documents to support sales and marketing teams.

Growth Marketing Support:

- Assist with product launch campaigns across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, Product Hunt, Hacker News, and developer communities.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing on campaigns targeting developers, founders, and enterprise buyers.
- Measure campaign performance using analytics dashboards and recommend improvements.

Customer Storytelling:

- Develop customer success stories that demonstrate business impact and ROI.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve product messaging.
- Help communicate the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams.
