NimbusPost is a tech-enabled, multi-channel shipping automation platform that helps eCommerce merchants automate & simplify their logistics operations. NimbusPost's key services include domestic shipping, global shipping, and warehouse & fulfilment services.

Key responsibilities:

- Define and drive the roadmap:

Develop key parts of the product roadmap, balancing customer needs with the broader business vision. Prioritise clearly and keep the team focused on what matters.

- Lead execution end-to-end:

Take full ownership from ideation through launch. Drive feature rollouts, unblock cross-functional dependencies fast, and hold a high bar on delivery quality and speed.

- Understand the customer needs:

Talk to customers regularly, make sense of their feedback and usage patterns, and turn those insights into well-defined product requirements.

- Align stakeholders and empower teams

: Coordinate with engineering, design, go-to-market, and leadership. Give teams context, set clear direction, and build alignment across the org.

- Make decisions with data:

Analyse user feedback and product metrics to diagnose problems, validate hypotheses,



and communicate impact clearly to the business.

- Leverage AI to build new things:

Identify opportunities to apply AI and ML in the product and partner with engineering to prototype and ship it.

- Build for scale:

Establish the product processes that will keep us moving quick without losing quality or direction.

About you:

- 7 or more years in product management at a high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace company

- High on ownership. You define success by what your product and team achieve

- Analytical and comfortable turning data into decisions.

- Technically fluent enough to have a real conversation with engineers on systems and AI
- A clear communicator who can simplify hard problems for any audience

- Mission-first, with a growth mindset and a habit of making the people around you better.

- Have led or mentored other PMs, or have informally guided junior members of a cross-functional team

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight tech is a plus
