Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with engineering, design, data, business, and operations teams to define requirements, build features, and optimize product performance. Your role involves managing the product lifecycle, improving user experiences, and ensuring smooth operational execution for mobile applications and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: requirements gathering, documentation, design coordination, development follow-up, QA support, launch, and post-launch improvements.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to define clear functional specifications and ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and operational needs.
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and data teams to create user-centric flows, wireframes, and measurable product outcomes.
- Support operations and business teams with product enhancements, feature clarifications, and platform problem-solving.
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking for mobile apps, user acquisition flows, and monetization models.




- Ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous product improvements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile applications, mobile-first products, or growth/operations platforms.
- Prior experience working with mobile apps, adtech, martech, or digital product teams is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, PRDs, wireframing, and agile workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, define KPIs, and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Positive to have: Experience with rewarded platforms, incentive-based ad systems, or user acquisition models (not mandatory).
