Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Product

Manager will oversee the lifecycle of assigned pharmaceutical brands, including market analysis, product positioning, and portfolio planning.

Responsibilities include developing and executing product strategies, coordinating with R&D;, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams, and monitoring product performance against business targets. The role involves creating brand plans,



managing promotional activities and materials, tracking competitor actions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.

The Product

Manager will present regular performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and support training and communication initiatives for field and marketing teams.

Qualifications

- Product management skills covering lifecycle management, brand planning, and portfolio strategy.
- Strong analytical and research skills for market assessment, forecasting, and competitor analysis.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as R&D;, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry practices, regulatory considerations, and therapeutic areas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; prior product management experience in healthcare is an advantage.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools and data analysis software; comfort working with sales and market data.
