Role Description The Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula. The role involves managing the lifecycle of healthcare products, from concept and development through launch and post-market performance. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analysis, defining product requirements, coordinating with R&D;, manufacturing, and quality teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.

The Product

Manager will develop go-to-market plans, support sales and marketing teams with product positioning and training, monitor product performance metrics, and recommend improvements or recent product opportunities.



The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure products meet clinical needs, business goals, and customer expectations.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in product management activities such as requirement gathering, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management.
- Strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience collaborating with R&D;, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams in a healthcare or life sciences setting.
- Ability to develop product positioning, support marketing strategies, and enable sales teams with product knowledge.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated capability in project management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Panchkula.
