Role Description This is a full-time, in office Product Manager role based in Chennai.

The Product

Manager will oversee the product lifecycle for Vapocure paint products, including market research, product definition, and roadmap planning.

Responsibilities include coordinating with R&D;, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development, pricing, positioning, and launch. The role involves monitoring product performance, gathering customer and market feedback, and using data to drive improvements and new product opportunities.

The Product

Manager will also prepare product documentation, support sales enablement activities,



and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and internal quality processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to lead product planning, define requirements, and manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (R&D;, production, sales, marketing, and quality) to deliver product initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with market analysis, pricing decisions, and performance metrics.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present product plans and outcomes clearly.
- Familiarity with paints, coatings, or chemicals industry, or experience in a related manufacturing or industrial domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with standard productivity and collaboration tools, and comfort working with data and reporting systems.
