We are building a software product for clients in legal and regulated industries. It is live, it has paying customers, and the roadmap needs owning. That is where you come in.

What You Will Own

— The product roadmap: prioritised, sequenced, and defensible to both engineering and investors

— Feature definition and requirement writing across the platform

— Customer and pilot feedback loops: translating what clients tell us into concrete product decisions

— Release readiness: working with implementation leads to make sure what ships is what was spec'd

— Competitive monitoring: the market we operate in is moving rapid; you stay ahead of it

— Investor-facing product narrative, updated quarterly

What We Need From You

— Demonstrable experience shipping B2B SaaS: ideally in legal tech, regtech, or enterprise workflow tools





— The ability to write a functional spec that engineers can actually build from

— Comfort talking to senior legal and compliance stakeholders: not translating for them, talking with them

— A genuine interest in how AI is being adopted in regulated industries

— Strong opinions, loosely held: we debate hard, then we decide and move

What You Will Not Need

— A large team around you: this role builds the function, it does not inherit one

— Someone else to write the roadmap first: you are the one who writes it

— Approval for every decision: you will have autonomy proportionate to your judgement TO APPLY
