Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to own and scale our digital products across web and mobile platforms. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, strategic roadmap planning, and leading a team of Associate Product Managers while collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with ImpactGuru’s business goals.
- Own product outcomes across web and mobile platforms with a strong focus on user growth, engagement, and monetization.
- Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Product Development & Execution

- Lead the complete product lifecycle from ideation, market research, and discovery to launch, optimization, and scaling.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
- Drive data-backed decision-making using analytics, user insights, and market trends.
- Conduct and analyze A/B experiments to optimize user experience and key conversion funnels.

User-Centric Design & Research

- Act as the voice of the user, ensuring exceptional and intuitive user experiences.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods including user interviews, usability studies, surveys, analytics, and market research.
- Champion mobile-first product design and performance optimization.

Stakeholder Management





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, operations, finance, and leadership.
- Communicate product plans, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Balance user needs with business priorities and technical feasibility.

Team Leadership & People Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Associate Product Managers.
- Guide APMs on product discovery, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct regular reviews, goal-setting, and performance feedback for team members.
- Build strong product management processes, documentation standards, and best practices across the team.

Skills & Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in product management for web and/or mobile products.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring junior product managers or Associate Product Managers.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, agile methodologies, and product delivery frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with hands-on experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CleverTap, etc.).
- Good understanding of APIs, system architecture, and technical concepts.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, InVision, Proto.io, etc.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to align product decisions to key business metrics.
- Working knowledge of MySQL and/or other relational databases.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- BE/BTech/BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- MBA is a plus.
