Product, Compliance, Tech & Operations support for Entity & Corporate Partners, Life cycle management & support for Channel & DDSA Alliances

Key Responsibility Areas

Performance Standards

Partner onboarding, Agreement Renewals & legal liaison, Agreement Renewals & legal liaison, Deboarding & monitoring

- Broker code creation on DAPS via Loader.
- Physical onboarding documents & agreement submission, tracking, discrepancy resolution for vendor code creation by respective RA Ops/DVU teams. Ensuring vaulting & tracking of agreements.
- Ensuring agreement scanning in DAPS along with broker & vendor codes to start sourcing by Partners.
- New KP physical onboarding for entities
- Checking & vetting of soft copy of agreement & all required documents submitted by channel team
- Creation of entity broker code & vendor code via DAPS & DVU team
- Ensuring vaulting & tracking of agreements.
- Setup process for deboarding of Inactive/non-contributing Partners, or due to other reasons
- Review & drafting of Partner agreements - individual & entity.
- All routine legal requirements related to Partner business.
- Periodic partner agreement renewals & tracking

Business Tracking - new onboarded Partners
- Tracking the activation & productivity of recent onboarded Partners as per agreed targets with Business.
- Provide timely support required to channel for updates, MIS,



analytics for driving business through new onboarded Partners.
- Monitoring Hygiene parameters for business sourced by new Partners

Channel & Partner Support Large & Entity Partners
- EKP Activation - FD & CASA
- EKP Productivity
- Fortnightly meeting with EKPs
- Monthly review with DMAH
- Weekly Business Update to Partner & Channel
- Monthly Management Update to Partners & channel

Analytics & Tech Support
- Data room exercise for KP Customers
- Portfolio Analysis for Entity KP book
- Direct marketing campaigns for EKP Portfolio Customers.
- Life Cycle Management of Corporate STaff on DDP
- Redirection integration from KP portal to DDP for other Entity Staff

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

Key Skills

- Graduation: Any
- Post-Graduation: MBA / MMS / PGDBM in Finance / Marketing
- Banking Product & Process Knowledge

- Communication and Influencing Skills

- Knowledge of Regulatory guidelines
- Awareness of Industry, Competition & Current trends in financial Industry

Experience Required

- Minimum experience of 2-4 years in Product / Process / Alliance management / Branch Banking
- Knowledge of Core Banking Systems, Technology Platforms, MS Office, Presentation tools etc
