Job Purpose

- Develop Strategies to increase market size & share
- Ensure implementation of approved strategies to achieve the desired market share and leadership.
- KOL & Key Account development & Mgmt.
- Ensure improvement in profitability of products/product groups.
- Product life cycle management.
- Provide & ensure functional training to develop field force & managers.
- Attract, develop & retain people.

Main Accountabilities:

- Support the planning and execution of brand and marketing strategies.
- Assist in implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct basic market analysis, including market size, share, and competitor activity.
- Support KOL mapping and coordination with key hospitals and accounts.
- Collect market intelligence and share insights with the team.
- Coordinate with sales and field teams to support business objectives.
- Participate in field work to gain market insights and customer feedback.
- Support tender-related activities under guidance.
- Assist in the development and execution of product-wise initiatives and schemes.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Support training programs related to product and promotional knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, COC, and compliance requirements.

Education:
- B. Pharma, M.B.A (MKTG.)
- 3-5 yrs experience in Marketing
- Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience is desirable
