Job Summary

The Product Manager - Biosimilars role is responsible for developing and executing the Cell Culture Business global go-to-market strategies for biosimilar therapies, driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer adoption across key geographies.

This position reports to the Director of Product Management Media and Process Liquids and Buffer platform and is part of Cell Culture Media Product Management working remotely in a global capacity.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Cell Culture Media strategies for biosimilar therapies while leading strategic growth initiatives aligned with regional and APAC bioprocess priorities to drive growth

- Create value propositions and product positioning to drive revenue and market share growth against competitors

- Lead biosimilar pricing strategy to optimize the trade-off between performance and cost, ensuring competitiveness and scale in high-volume programs

- Own market intelligence by monitoring originator biologic patent expiry and biosimilar pipeline activity, translating gained insight into actionable priorities and strategies

- Commercial enablement through the creation of technical slides,



competitive analysis and training materials

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in product management, program management or a related field in Life Sciences focusing on bioprocessing and/or cell culture media

- Understanding of regulatory frameworks of the diverse governing bodies

- Experience working in cross-functional and diverse teams in a global setting

- Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

Travel Other Requirements

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record Physical/Workplace Requirements if applicable for role

- Ability to travel internationally up to 25-30%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Biosimilar workflow experience
