We are looking for a high ownership builder who can understand a business problem, challenge assumptions, design the right solution, write production-quality code, and take responsibility until it works successfully for the people using it.

- Are solid in full stack product development
- Can understand and improve an existing codebase
- Care deeply about architecture, security, performance, and user experience
- Use AI tools intelligently to build faster without compromising quality
- Can independently investigate problems and make sound technical decisions
