Founded by VC-backed serial entrepreneurs, Lucidus is a simulation-based career exploration game for students in grade 8-11. About the role:

Remote, full-time. Your job is to make the parent and partner portal better and ship new features. You'll own end-to-end design: research, flows, wireframes, hi-fi UI, and iteration with product + engineering.

What you'll do: Audit and improve existing parent/partner portal UX

Run user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) with parents and partners

Design new features from concept to shipped

Maintain and evolve the design system

Turn complex AI capabilities into simple, clear interfaces

Prototype, test, iterate based on data and feedback What you need:

End-to-end product design chops, concept → implementation

Design thinking: frame problems, ideate, prototype, test

UX research experience (interviews, usability tests, surveys)

Solid visual design: layout, typography, color, systems

Comfortable in remote, cross-functional teams

Bonus: AI/data-heavy product experience

Bachelor's in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience
