Role Description: As a Product Designer, you will own the full design lifecycle-from research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and handoff-collaborating closely with founders, engineers, and PMs. You’ll create intuitive, scalable web-based tools tailored for enterprise users like lenders and insurers, focusing on clarity and operational efficiency. Your work will shape multi-agent workflows and dashboards while evolving a consistent design system to support rapid growth.

Role & Responsibilities:





● Own the entire design process- from discovery and research to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and handoff.

● Collaborate directly with founders, engineers, and PMs to shape the product roadmap and experience.

● Design intuitive, web-based tools that are easy to set up, simple to use, and drive operational efficiency. ● Build for enterprise users- primarily lenders and insurers with a focus on clarity, scalability, and robustness.

● Create thoughtful experiences for multi-agent workflows, dashboards, and insight-heavy interfaces.

● Evolve and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and speed as we scale.

● Build global enterprise AI experiences inspired by the world's best AI products, balancing intelligence, clarity, and delight across complex workflows.

Desired candidate profile:

● 2–4 years of experience in product or UX/UI design.

● Robust portfolio that showcases thoughtful user-centered design and clean visual style.

● Proficient in tools like Figma and Canva

● Comfortable working independently and driving design end-to-end.

● Open to feedback, fast iterations, and ambiguity.

● Bonus: Experience designing SaaS products, AI tools, or developer products.
