Role Description The Product Designer in a part-time capacity, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to design end-to-end product experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, defining user flows, creating wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs, and refining interactions based on feedback and data. The role involves translating complex AI capabilities into accessible, intuitive interfaces, maintaining design systems, and ensuring consistency across platforms.

The Product

Designer will participate in workshops, user testing sessions, and design reviews, and will help align business goals with user needs through clear, evidence-based design decisions. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Product Design and Design Thinking skills to shape end-to-end experiences and solve problems systematically.





Candidates should possess solid User Research and UX Research skills to understand user needs, test concepts, and validate design decisions.

Candidates should possess proven Visual Design skills to create transparent, engaging interfaces, layouts, and design assets.

Candidates should possess proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and experience working with or contributing to design systems.

Candidates should possess strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present work, incorporate feedback, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience designing digital products, preferably in tech or AI-driven environments, is beneficial.
