Role Overview

Orange Interior is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist who understands the technical nuances of commercial furniture, acoustic paneling, specialized hospital materials (antibacterial surfaces, lead lining, medical-grade flooring, air-tight seals), and fit-out supplies. You will oversee supplier selection, vendor management, negotiation, and timely delivery to keep projects on budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Material Sourcing & Vendor Management: Source high-quality commercial and medical-grade interior materials, establishing strong vendor networks locally and internationally.

Cost Negotiation & Purchase Orders: Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers and sub-contractors; issue precise Purchase Orders (POs) aligned with project BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all procured materials meet hospital hygiene, fire safety, and environmental standards (e.g.,



anti-microbial coatings, ISO compliance).

Supply Chain & Delivery Management: Coordinate with site engineers and logistics providers to ensure zero delays in material delivery to active sites.

Vendor Evaluation: Periodically audit supplier performance based on quality, lead time, pricing, and reliability.

Key Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Architecture.

3–5 years of procurement experience in interior fit-out, architecture, or construction industries (healthcare project experience is a major plus).

Strong knowledge of commercial interior finishes, specialized healthcare materials, and hardware.

Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
