Last3Feet Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations and Procurement Manager to oversee our operational processes and manage procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in operations management, procurement of corporate gifting items, and supply chain logistics.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet operational needs and budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve cross-functional processes.
- Conduct regular analysis of operational performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding procurement and operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets for operational expenses and procurement activities.




- Train and mentor junior staff members in operations and procurement practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Procurement Manager, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, supplier management, and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹456,000.00 - ₹624,000.00 per year
