At Archies Limited , we're looking for an experienced procurement manager to drive sourcing excellence, build strong supplier partnerships, and optimize procurement across domestic and international markets for our paper product category .

? CTC: ₹8–10 LPA (Based on Experience)

?️ Experience: 5–8 Years

? Working Days: Monday – Saturday

What You'll Be Responsible For

✅ Lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing for paper products across domestic and international markets.

✅ Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and develop long-term partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers of paper bags, wrapping sheets, greeting cards, gift boxes, gift packaging, stationery, and other paper-based products .

✅ Source innovative paper products while ensuring quality, sustainability, competitive pricing, and timely deliveries.

✅ Drive commercial negotiations to achieve the best pricing, quality standards, delivery timelines, and payment terms.

✅ Coordinate closely with the Product Development, Design, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.

✅ Monitor supplier performance, procurement KPIs, inventory planning, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.





✅ Explore new sourcing markets, printing partners, and paper product manufacturers to strengthen Archies' product portfolio.

We're Looking For

✔ 5–8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.

✔ Proven experience in sourcing paper products , including greeting cards, paper bags, wrapping papers, stationery, gift packaging, or related categories.

✔ Strong vendor development and commercial negotiation skills.

✔ Working knowledge of domestic and international sourcing, import procedures, and supplier coordination.

✔ Experience in the paper, stationery, printing, packaging, gifting, or publishing industry will be a robust advantage.
